The Friends of Watermans Park are excited to announce that Summer Bandstands will be back in Watermans Park on each Saturday afternoon in July. The first bandstand on Saturday 6 July from 4pm to 6pm will welcome back the wonderful Speak Out in Hounslow Choir and feature local musicians Andrea Black, Steve Brewin and, the host for the season, Edwin Addis.
Mr Basilico will be there too from 2pm with his wonderful contemporary Neapolitan pizza and Hannah of Flossy Bears will be serving ice cream, candyfloss and waffles to enjoy along with the great music beside the river. There will also be a few craft stalls at the Summer Bandstands too.
The Friends have some deck chairs for hire or you may wish to bring your own or a picnic blanket.
Musicians lined up for other Saturdays in July include Mandolin Jack, Rob Marshall, Gareth Haze, Elaine Samuels, Steve Hutchinson, Marky Dawson, Myriam Cavelli, Kate Bushra and Ed Hopwood.
